Contact Manager		 Course Profiling Manager enables you to setup the basic details of each course in the company's portfolio. Name, Duration, Fees, Analysis, Group plus default Venue and Instructor are setup here. These details are then used while setting up the schedule for each course
Course Profiler 		Schedule Manager is used to setup the schedule of courses / events for the forthcoming period. Shows the current booking status of all courses together with places free and invoices outstanding.
Schedule Manager		 Bookings Manager enables the booking of contacts / students against each scheduled course / event. Immediate display of status of all courses: places booked, free places, invoicing status. Joining Instructions, Pre-Course Questionnaire, Certificate, Badges and Feedback are all processed here.

Instructors / Trainers: Their cost to the company by day / hour, their Training Profile (what courses they are qualified to deliver) plus analysis of their activity and training commitments can be processed here.
Instructor Manager		 Helpers are additional contributors that are needed in order to make an event succeed. Their cost to the company by day / hour are used in assessing the cost of their input against each course.
Helpers Manager		 Course Costs summarises both the revenue and the overheads for delivering each course and indicates the profitability of each event. Cost items specific to each course can be linked to the number of attendees plus instructor and these are automatically updated as the booking numbers change.
Course Costs Manager		 Calls Manager enables you track each communication with a client by user so that what has transpired between the company and the client is instantly available across all users. Lets the left hand know what the right hand is doing with regard to negotiations with clients. Includes a target Date and Time to carry out promised tasks and CBMS will remind you of imminent calls that you have setup to do.

Annual Trainer's Calendar		 Schedule Calendar delivers a three month overview of what is scheduled in the way of courses and events. Each event is colour coded and selecting any date within the calendar will list the events that are scheduled for that day together with Venue and Booking Status.
3 Month Scheule Viewer		 Venue Calendar delivers a twelve month overview of what is scheduled in the way of courses and events against each venue in the system. Each event is colour coded and selecting any date within the calendar will list the events that are scheduled for that day together with Instructor and Booking Status.
Annual Venue Calendar
Region Manager enables the setting up of geographical regions using county groups of your own selection. This enables you to analyse sales and activity by specific regions of your choosing.
Regions for marketing		 Throughout the CBMS system entry is made easier with the use of lookup lists from which the user simply selects an entry rather than having to type it in (with the inevitable typos). This List Manager enables you to setup what appears on each list within CBMS.
System Lookup Lists		 Allows the location of the master database to be set for this terminal. On a multi-user system each terminal is set to communicate with the same database - normal situation on a communal, shared file server.
Network Database		 Enables you to configure how CBMS works for you. Also the locations of both MS Word and MS Outlook need to be set here so that CBMS can use these while generating documents and email.
You control RBMS
Electronic Scribble Pad that acts as an aide memoir. Includes a target Date and Time to carry out events and CBMS will remind you of imminent Jobs that you have setup to do.
Electronic scribble pad		 Allows different users to login to CBMS. Each user has a set of access rights which controls what he/she can or can't see or modify. Also, every entry into the system is logged against each user so that activity can be monitored.
Logon as a TBMS user		 Here you will find all the reports that are available for the CBMS system. These are grouped into Contacts, Sales, Purchases, Tax and Cash. Most reports ask for a date range by which the results will be constrained. All reports are first shown on the screen with and option to print a hard copy.
TBMS Ssytem Reports		 The Asset management facilities within TBMS enable you to track a) what assets are required to deliver a course successfully and b) what assets exist within each training venue. TBMS then lets you know whether there are any deficiencies for a scheduled course.
