TBMS Main Access to the various Training, Bookings, Contact and Sales modules is accelerated by TBMS’s Main Menu Screen which allows you to quickly move to different parts of the system. Both Menu and Toolbar Icons are available together with drop-down lists of options from which to select.
Bookings Review the current Booking status for any period of interest. Number of places free, Delegates booked on the selected course, Venue, Instructor, Booking Fees, Invoiced Fees are all immediately to view in this module. Also you can book new delegates on any course from here.
Schedule The training schedule, for any period / year, can be viewed and setup right here. Statistics for the courses that have been setup are also displayed. These include: Venue, Instructor, Start Date, Duration, Max places, Booked places, Free places, Booked values, Sales values and Profitability.
Training Costs and Profitability TBMS automatically monitors the costs for each course that is setup. These include: Instructor cost, Helper cost, Overhead cost and specific Item costs for individual courses. TBMS also shows the current Revenue compared to the current Costs for each course enabling you to see the profitability of any course at any time.
Contacts TBMS lets you manage your contacts in the most convenient manner while offering “Single Point Access”. This means that historical records of Bookings, Sales, Payments, Purchases and Email can all be viewed simply by selecting the contact and the appropriate tab at the bottom of the screen. New entries can also be made right here without having to navigate anywhere else within the system.
Calls TBMS enables you to log each contact call details together with a callback date and time. This means that different members within the same Sales Team can be aware of the conversions between the company as a whole to each sales contact thus presenting and united and informed front. Promises made to call back at a later date and time can be made with the assurance that TBMS will remind of this "date" in time.
Statistics For the Manager of a Sales Team, TBMS Statistics are a dream come true! The performance of every member of the Sales Team is monitored by TBMS - it tracks the number of new contacts entered into the system, the number of calls made, the number of bookings signed up, the value of sales and the value of purchases made for any period the manager wishes to review. Another click away is a graph illustrating these results - ready to form the basis of a sales meeting where useful and effective guidance can be given to those team members that need it.
Sales and Purchases TBMS displays lists of this for any period specified, sums the Net, Tax and Total values for the period and analyzes the results by the Analysis headings that you setup within the system. Want to discuss the results with colleagues? simply select the Graph button to produce a 3D graph of the results.
